Yes and No. You can cancel your order before we ship. Once the order is shipped, it is literally out of our hands!

In an unlikely event that that your merchandise arrives damaged, email us a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order with details of the order to maedbyrajashree@gmail.com All complaints will be processed within 5 working days and a replacement shall be shipped to you at the earliest.
